About Team:
The Credit Risk Decision Team is responsible for developing the core decisioning engine that sits at the heart of our digital business.
From credit risk strategies and scoring models to affordability assessments and automation solutions, the team delivers products and processes that directly support sustainable growth, portfolio quality, and customer experience across multiple markets.
Working closely with Risk, Data, Business and IT teams, we focus on building scalable and intelligent decisioning capabilities that balance growth, customer experience and risk management. The team delivers strategic initiatives across all digital markets and plays a key role in shaping the future of our lending products - continuously evolving how lending decisions are made across IPF Digital.
We work in an Agile environment alongside cross-functional teams, focusing on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement - always looking for smarter ways to deliver value, improve processes, and strengthen our products.
Here's how you'll put your skills into action:
Use strong analytical skills to uncover real business needs and propose alternative solutions that deliver real value to both users and the business, while avoiding unnecessary complexity,
Identify and recommend effective business process solutions in the finance area,
Conduct end-to-end process analysis – from business logic and system rules to customer segments and different user paths, while maintaining strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex logic into clear and easy-to-understand rules,
Apply advanced analysis techniques such as functional decomposition, user stories, use cases & scenarios, user story mapping, proces modeling (BPMN), and visual thinking,
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability,
Decompose epics into stories and tasks, organize them, and ensure product and feature descriptions are easily understandable for developers and testers,
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, helping maintain focus on customer and business priorities,
Be a part of IT Team, collaborate with external partners & business representatives and moderate meetings in a structured and effective way,
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Demonstrate a proactive, disciplined, and delivery-focused mindset, able to work independently and drive results,
Work in an Agile environment, adapting quickly to dynamic and changing contexts.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
Basic technical understanding, including SQL and system analysis concepts.
Experience working with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support documentation, collaboration, and delivery processes.
