The Role
This role is responsible for the development and execution of the global digital client acquisition strategy. With a strong focus on ROI you will work closely with the Head of Global Marketing and regional sales teams to develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns that drive high quality leads and nurture target accounts through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurturing target accounts through the funnel using an Account Based Marketing Strategy
- Building and managing Acquisition Focused Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Ownership of Digital Advertising (inc. display, retargeting and SEM)
- Ownership of Paid Social Advertising (LinkedIn)
- Cold Outbound Email Strategy (centralizing targeted prospecting to target accounts and target firms - working closely with Sales Directors and Sales Associates
- Website Optimization (for lead generation) - including form optimization
- Search Engine Optimization
- Managing Paid Content Partnerships
- Implementing Marketing Automation
- Becoming Hubspot SME
- Reporting, Funnel Tracking and ROI measurement
Measures of Success
- Exceed new lead and ‘reverse enquiry’ targets (e.g., website enquiries)
- Meet and or exceed the targets for leads converting into qualified sales opportunities which ultimately contributes to the attainment of global revenue targets
- Increase traffic and engagement on owned digital assets (including website and social media)
Skills and Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in client acquisition marketing (with experience managing digital advertising, email marketing, social and SEM and other digital marketing channels)
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Financial Technology marketing
- Experience with ABM platforms, CRMs and tools (experience with Hubspot an advantage)
- Experience managing outbound email strategy including marketing automation
- SEO experience include but are not limited to keyword research, technical optimization, link building, content creation is a plus
- Experience in producing high quality management reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication, copywriting and collaboration skills
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience managing budgets, expenses and tracking ROI
