What's the role?
The Event and Experience Coordinator supports the execution of state-based events and activities, focusing on creating engaging and impactful experiences for brokers, team members, and lending partners within New South Wales.
This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and implementation of events that align with Lendi Group’s objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement across the organisation.
Job Description
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute state-based events from conception through to completion, ensuring they align with company values and meet objectives for engagement and development.
- Facilities Coordination: Assist in managing state-based facilities, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment that supports our "flex first" principles.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and preferences for events, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the best quality and value for event services and facilities management.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for state-based events and facilities activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial guidelines.
- Post-Event Analysis: Collect and analyse feedback from events to identify areas for improvement and success, contributing to continuous enhancement of future events.
- Support Initiatives: Support the broader Events and Experience initiatives as required, contributing to the overall enhancement of the workforce experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and work with financial documents.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the mortgage brokerage or financial services industry is a plus.
