Join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia, as a Sales Associate and embark on an exciting pathway to becoming a mortgage broker. At our organization, we're passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals while providing you with the foundation for a successful career in the finance industry.
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound phone calls to discuss their lending needs
- Convert leads into qualified appointments for our mortgage brokers
- Identify refinancing opportunities and assist customers with new purchase financing
- Utilize our online platform to help customers upload documents and provide key information prior to their appointments
- Develop a strong understanding of home lending and the Australian mortgage market
- Collaborate with our team of brokers to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
- Detail-oriented approach to handling customer information and financial data
- Goal-oriented attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Basic understanding of financial products and interest in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Background in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
- University students in their final year or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to commit to full-time office attendance for the first three months of employment
