Job Description
About the role:
Reporting to the Learning & Capability Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across all Lendi Group business units to consult on learning needs analysis, develop and execute on learning programs.
Your exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with enable you to effectively consult with stakeholders across all Lendi Group business units, Customer, Product, Operations and Distribution to ensure you can design, create and deliver end-to-end learning programs for all Lendi Group Business Units.
Using your creative flair and learning expertise you will create all learning artefacts including but not limited to Training Sessions plans, Presentations, eLearning, videos and engaging learning activities and assessments such as Kahoot’s.
Through the facilitation of other internal training sessions, you will share your expertise to upskill all our Lendi Group Team members, including our Brokers.
You will work proactively with the Learning & Capability Operations team so they can support you to schedule, keep attendance records and report on all Learning & Capability Program delivery.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Lendi Group.
- Contribute to learning needs analysis and make learning program recommendations.
- Contribute to the design of effective learning Programs, including but not limited to Face to Face and virtual presentations, session plans, eLearning, knowledge articles and other training tools.
- Facilitate effective training sessions in a virtual and face to face environment.
- Understand and assist with the Learning Management System as required.
- Create creative Learning and Capability content delivered has maximum impact and supports business objectives.
- Maintain brand integrity and a consistent approach across all learning & capability content.
- Ensure that all learning & capability content meets legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standards.
- Assist with other Learning & Capability initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience analysing learning needs, creating, and delivering multi-medium training sessions and eLearning.
- Experience working in a Learning and Capability team is desirable.
- Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate the implementation of training programs and process improvements.
- Exceptional facilitation skills to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Tech-savvy, experience with the Microsoft suite of products, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and learning design software including but not limited to Articulate, Vyond, Biteable and Venngage.
