Job Description
Seller Assist is an innovative, personalised service designed to connect homeowners with the best real estate agents across the country. Our goal is to streamline the process of finding and comparing agents, ensuring a superior real estate experience for our clients. We offer homeowners a free concierge service that selects three top-performing agents based on past results, current listings, response times and customer reviews. Homeowners can then meet these agents, receive appraisals and select the right-fit agent to sell their property, saving time and simplifying the process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and recommend up to 3 suitable agents for each homeowner’s seller brief.
- Use key agent criteria including: past performance, vendor reviews, days on market, median property values and current listings
- Substantiate agent recommendations with clear, data-driven insights to support the best possible outcome for homeowners.
- Coordinate and manage multiple client files simultaneously with precision and consistency.
- Communicate daily with Customer Service Managers to support a seamless homeowner experience.
- Work collaboratively within the agent research and recommendations department.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience relevant experience (research and administrative roles)
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
