About the role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Manila on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll focus on high-volume recruitment to support the continued growth of our Customer division. Working closely with our Australian head office, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in scaling our workforce during a critical growth period.

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Create and maintain engaged talent pools of both active and passive candidates to support future hiring needs.
- Represent Lendi Group’s employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to inform decisions, drive improvements, and optimise hiring strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share new ideas to enhance recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or fast-paced hiring.
- Fluent in both English and Filipino, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- Preferably has experience working in an international organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a deadline-driven setting.
- A passion for delivering great candidate experiences and contributing to long-term talent success.
