Job Description
About the role and team:
The Client Solutions Settlements team plays a pivotal role within Lendi’s customer function. We are looking for someone with industry experience to join our expanding leadership team. Lendi has been overwhelmed with customer demand this year and we are always looking for great leaders to join the team and help us keep up with our customers.
Reporting to the CSA Manager, this role will be responsible for the effective management, motivation and development of the Client Solutions Settlements Associates Team in the Philippines. Your role will include but is not limited to, working collaboratively with all the management in CS and across the Sales and customer organization.
What you will be doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing all CSA Settlements team members to drive performance and engagement
Collaborating with cross-functional management teams to ensure seamless workflow across the Lodgment to Settlements lifecycle
Driving results and ensuring team performance aligns with Lendi’s sales and customer strategies across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
Providing ongoing support and subject matter expertise to the team around settlement processes
Coaching and mentoring team members, implementing development plans and training strategies to boost capability and output
Conducting regular performance check-ins and managing individual/team performance through feedback, recognition, and corrective action as needed
Reporting observations and performance insights to senior leadership, contributing to process and operational improvements
Supporting workforce planning by identifying current and future talent needs within the team.
Fostering a strong culture of collaboration, open communication, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a team leadership or junior management role, ideally with 3+ years in an Australian mortgage/finance industry; prior knowledge and experience with mortgage settlement processes is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed KPIs and performance targets
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
A strong desire to learn and is eager to improve by being receptive to feedback.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a strong command of business English and keen attention to detail
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
Sound decision making and critical thinking skills, with the ability to act swiftly and proactively in a dynamic environment
A continuous improvement mindset, eater to learn, open to feedback and committed to personal and team growth
Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair).
