Job Description
The Seller Assist team at Lendi Group is a high-performing, customer-focused group dedicated to helping homeowners confidently navigate the selling journey. We specialise in matching sellers with top local agents, providing a free service from agent selection to property appraisal.
Powered by smart tools and seamless processes, the team delivers a transparent, efficient experience for both sellers and our referring partners.
The role:
We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by bringing new agent partners onto our platform. You’ll be making high-volume, high-impact sales calls, showcasing our unique value, and building strong, lasting relationships within the residential real estate industry.
This role is all about high-volume outreach - driving the sales process from first call to close while keeping your pipeline packed. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, shaping strategy and playing a vital part in our ongoing growth.
- Drive agent sign-ups by making high-volume outbound calls, supported by targeted emails and in-person meetings to engage and convert prospects.
- Confidently communicate our value propositions across product lines to engage prospects and secure initial sales meetings.
- Build momentum by nurturing warm leads and following up to convert interest into real opportunities.
- Team up to develop smart strategies for breaking into target accounts and securing quality conversations.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed your KPIs and sales targets.
- Partner with senior leadership and contribute to shaping the ongoing success of the business.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales - whether it’s real estate, tech/SaaS, real estate, recruitment, telco, insurance, or other industries. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to close, and consistently hit your targets, this role will play to your strengths.
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated - you thrive on driving results and introducing smart solutions.
- Relentless on the phone, you're comfortable handling high call volumes and know how to turn conversations into outcomes.
- An active listener who quickly builds trust and uncovers what truly matters to prospects.
- Resilient and adaptable, staying calm under pressure while bringing fresh ideas to every challenge.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Tech-savvy and curious, able to quickly master new tools, platforms, and systems.
