Propósito del cargo:

Responsable por la gestión de Facturas Manuales, Notas Crédito, Pólizas, Negociaciones, Licitaciones y seguimiento a indicadores, buscando liberar de carga operativa a los comerciales quienes se encuentran la mayor parte de tiempo gestión comercial.

Entregables:

Notas Crédito, Facturas Manuales, Licitaciones, Pólizas, negociaciones solicitadas por comercial, indicadores.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

1. Realizar seguimiento semanal y mensual de indicadores de desempeño y gestión del equipo comercial (ej: actas, logros, cumplimiento, visita, entre otros)

2. Generar impacto en la automatización de procesos dentro del área.

3. Optimizar el proceso de medición de cada indicador

4. Gestionar las Pólizas para negociaciones de entidades públicas y privadas

5. Coordinar Licitaciones de entidades públicas y privadas para un mayor alcance en las propuestas enviadas

6. Efectuar seguimiento con gerente del proyecto al corredor vigente para emisión de pólizas, con el fin de establecer puntos de mejora.

7. Desarrollar y estructurar cada proceso licitatorio en trabajo conjunto BD y Comercial, garantizando que se presente a tiempo y bajo los lineamientos (políticas) de negociaciones establecidos por Experian.

8. Elaborar y estructurar negociaciones de acuerdo con el formato de necesidades enviado por el gerente/kam comercial, asegurando el cumplimiento de lineamientos definidos por cada área del flujo de negociación.

9. Presentar informes que solicite vicepresidencia y jefe directo

10. Apoyar contingencia del equipo que soporta los procesos operativos de la fuerza comercial.

Qualifications

• Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial y carreras administrativas.
• Experiencia: 1-2 años conocimiento de procesos licitatorios, gestión de pólizas, Manejo de excel intermedio-avanzado, presentación de indicadores,
• Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Paquete Office, Plataforma de contratación pública (SECOP 1, SECOP 2)
• Plus: PowerBI
• Competencias: Proactividad - Trabajo en Equipo - Comunicación Asertiva - Manejo de situaciones y tiempo.
