The Intern will support Experian’s initiative to complete approximately 3,000+ contract stamping submissions via the LHDN STAMPS portal. This position provides hands-on experience in document processing, regulatory submissions, payment coordination, and operational workflow management.

The intern(s) will perform end-to-end stamping tasks, including downloading contract files, preparing documents, coordinating with the Payment Team, and performing submissions in the LHDN portal.

What You'll Be Doing:

End-to-End Contract Stamping Workflow

  • Download and retrieve contract documents from Salesforce for stamping processing.
  • Prepare, verify, and organise files prior to submission (document naming, completeness check).
  • Perform stamping submissions in the LHDN STAMPS portal, including data entry and document uploads.
  • Coordinate with the Payment Team on payment processing required for stamp duty submissions (e.g., verifying amounts, tracking payment status, ensuring submission/payment alignment).
  • Track submission statuses, follow up on pending cases, and retrieve approved stamped documents.
  • Maintain orderly filing of stamped and pending documents in designated drives/folders.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and status logs to monitor progress of all submissions.
  • Assist Operations/Regulatory teams with related administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, web portals, and PDF handling).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured SOPs and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance from the team.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
