Client Operations Licensing Analyst works directly with customers, sales, and internal groups to manage EMS Install Licensing file delivery projects. Assesses customer needs, communicates with internal teams to complete the needed requests and closes projects in a timely fashion with satisfactory resolutions

Major Job Functions

  • Creating shipping notifications and communicating with clients whenever file deliveries are completed. Consult with internal groups when needed to ensure complete project/delivery resolution.
  • Primary contact point for customers both internal and external on basic file delivery questions
  • Identifies opportunities to improve existing methodology, drafts a plan, reviews with Management, follows through on execution, and departmental rollout.
  • Demonstrate ability to shift from one task to another, diagnose problems, identify necessary improvements, execute the resolution, and move to the next project/delivery.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting team members and other teams as time permits.
  • Manage projects on internal job/project management tools and ensures timely notifications are sent out to the clients.
  • Prepare basic reporting as necessary detailing file shipment details.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand delivery needs and set up necessary data analytic logic on Alteryx or another data transforming tools.
  • Manage time appropriately to ensure correct prioritization of jobs/projects.
  • Interpret work instructions specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for new technology or process improvements. Especially in the install client management, job tracking, and Targeting Billing arena. Learn and understand new platforms to transition into new technologies.

Experience and Skills

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or Marketing degree in progress or complete.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
