Operations Support Officer

We’re looking for a passionate team member to be take charge of all facets of lending operations support with a strong customer service ethic. This is an entry level role for those looking to kick start their career in the finance industry.
What your day will look like:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the daily payments process
- Manage regular customer reminders and alerts
- Answer inbound calls, answer any questions they may have and help educate customers about consumer lending
- Prompt actioning of customer requests regarding their MoneyPlace loan
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors to ensure customer accounts are actioned accordingly
- From time to time, support the broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
