What's the Job?
As our Security Services Lead, you will play a meaningful role leading our team responsible for operational security services and security advisory at MYOB. You will provide leadership and support to ensure that a strong security posture is achieved and maintained in alignment with the MYOB strategy.
You will champion MYOB’s software development and security standards, and contribute to achieving MYOB’s strategic business objectives. You will also play an important role as a People Leader, driving high employee engagement and coaching & mentoring your team members.
Bring your passion for security in a fast paced, agile tech company. Iteration is fundamental, where you are adept at adapting to change and innovation quickly. You'll be constantly be thinking about our customers and users. You will shape and build our culture by bringing security to the forefront of our development and operational processes.
What your day-to-day will look like
Every day is different in our Security Services team! This means you come with strong cyber security literacy, communications and influencing skills, and willingness and curiosity to jump in on any challenge.
While we always hope it won't happen, in the event of a security incident you will guide your incident response team, as well as supporting other partners in the business through the crisis.
We strive to deliver results for our key objectives in an agile way of working, and we rely on each other and collaborate every single day to get the job done. We are always learning and growing so coming in with a growth mindset will be key to being successful with us.
Some things Security Services are looking forward to delivering in the next couple of months; The delivery of a new SIEM, cyber drills, automation of security processes, and setting up a purple team.
