About the Team
Sales is where it’s at. They’re the team that delivers. Every time. Their purpose is to solve the business problems and alleviate pain points of SME and Enterprise businesses. This is the frontline team that truly has an impact on our customers, daily.
The Go-to-Market (GTM) team orchestrate the process of identifying and prioritising opportunities in the market, drives alignment across the company to execute effectively against the GTM opportunities and provides a commercial lens to see how effective we are at realising outcomes.
The Senior GTM Manager will identify and deliver programs of work within a customer segment to win new TAM, maximise customer value and achieve commercial targets.

What you'll be focused on...
- Strategically identify, assess, and prioritise commercial opportunities
- Prioritise opportunities against capacity, dependencies, customer and commercial outcomes
- Drive the execution of GTM programs into market
- Facilitate mitigation of execution risks or removal of blockers
- Optimise GTM programs to address performance gaps
- Uses innovative ways to gain insight and understanding of the ‘Customer Voice’
