The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People Experience and surrounded by an exceptional Employee Experience team.

The Role
This is an extraordinary opportunity; as someone who will be actively involved in initiatives that are all about change at a rapid pace, with a desire to see the impact of your efforts and know that your work matters.
A hands–on role where you're a critical to the transformation of our workforce to have the capability required of a winning SaaS business. Building practical solutions to develop leaders and team members in the capabilities that count, through a variety of learning, coaching and real time experiences within our current rhythms. Understanding that individual capability is important but team effectiveness is imperative!
The work you do won't be out of a text book. You will use your design centred approach for the appropriate response to deliver capability development in line with the organisation's future workforce needs. Instrumental in initiating and driving programs of work to uplift our talent and capability, focusing your efforts on building cohesive and effective business teams that make phenomenal decisions, all the time developing the culture, growing our leadership capability and increasing employee engagement, all in pursuit of delivering performance and commercial value to MYOB.
With an unwavering passion to make a positive impact, thriving in an environment where plans are ambitious, there is ambiguity, and you'll have to trade-offs with your workload to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time.
Please note, this role is a Fixed Term Contract.
What we'd love to see from you...
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business Management equivalent
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment - SaaS or tech experience an advantage
- The scars from implementing and delivering key transformations or programmes of work
- You’ve led capability change initiatives that have delivered business value quickly
- Used your curious nature to challenge and find more effective ways to deliver value
- A tone of voice in your verbal and written communication that engages, not a cliched corporate speaker
- The tenacity and resilience to persevere, even in the face of roadblocks
- A geography agnostic view of teaming, using tech tools and your skills to influence and unite teams across locations
