About the Team
Our Tech team are true heroes. They’ve taken our legacy success and transformed it into an extraordinary SaaS platform to support SME and Enterprise businesses in ways they never knew they needed. By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.
You'll have the opportunity to lead, coach and mentor our teams on incident resolution and prevention, whilst working across all of MYOB’s most important client-facing cloud products and internal services. You’ll also work closely with our delivery teams to ensure our services are crafted and supported in line with our tools and processes, making a huge impact on improving system stability and reliability.
The freedom to experiment and innovate drives the way we resolve sophisticated problems and is the central theme to everything we do and love here.
Working within the Reliability & Security function, you will be a key member of our team. You will support our most critical client-facing products by leading all aspects of incident management, communicating with senior management, and ensuring the process and tools are effective. You will use your mentor skills to build developers' capabilities to support their applications in the cloud and provide regular meaningful updates to the business. Your balanced approach and understanding of development, operations, management and clients will help you establish highly collaborative relationships throughout the organisation, working together to bring about hugely successful outcomes that clients will love.
