About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
About the Role
As our newest Service Delivery Manager, this role will be accountable for ensuring that solutions are crafted to meet customer requirements and that work delivered is of high quality and exceeds customer expectations. We are looking to this person to also play a significant role as a People Leader, driving high employee engagement through excellent coaching and mentoring of a team of consultants.
Our Consulting Services team works with our MYOB Advanced Business customers to implement our Cloud ERP solution. This talented team stretches from Perth to Auckland and helps about 100 customers per year to move from their legacy systems to MYOB Advanced Business.
What you'll be focused on...
- Effectively run, lead and mentor team members whilst providing leadership and support to key business initiatives as required
- Leading all aspects of successful implementation of solutions for customers
- Ensure quality targets are met or exceeded in the provision of implementation projects – from project planning, through solution design, system build and test, training, testing and deployment
- Utilise a comprehensive competency framework, and substantial MYOB training and enablement resources to manage the development of your consulting team
- Communicate updates and information to customers and team members in a timely, effective and appropriate manner
What we'd love to see from you...
- Previous experience managing a consulting services team for an ERP software vendor is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing the associated risks, for business software implementations
- Knowledge of Implementation and Project Management methodologies
- An experienced people leader who can select, lead, motivate and develop the careers of talented implementation consultants
