By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.
About the role
At MYOB, we are focused on solving the problems that matter for our customers. To bring this vision to life we have a dedicated Customer Platforms domain lead by passionate product people that enables our internal stakeholders to provide the best sales, support, and service experience.
As we continue on our CRM transformation journey, whilst Salesforce is the center of our world, we are responsible for a number of CRMs with many integrations, and this role will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our sales and support teams whilst working to create a simplified, stable, future-proofed platform.
In collaboration with Product Managers and Functional Analysts, you will build outstanding technical solutions, capitalising our investment in the Salesforce platform.
The skills you'll need
With a passion for delivering high quality code, you will be a natural collaborator who can own the development of our Sales, Service and Community clouds.
We're looking for someone with knowledge and experience working with Salesforce; Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to optimise and simplify Salesforce functionality and codebases in order to improve system performance, scalability and maintainability.
We would love you to bring;
- Prior experience working as a Developer in an agile team environment (practical experience with one or more modern language is a bonus!)
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience deploying cloud-based solutions to AWS utilising best practice for observability, scalability, resilience, and recovery.
- Experience with source code management and integrating 3rd party web services
- Experienced with working in a DevOps environment and CI/CD processes and tools
