About the Team
Our Product team is the beating heart of MYOB. From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it’s made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences.
As a Product Manager, you'll understand our customers deeply and will be responsible for product planning and implementation throughout the lifecycle including defining the strategy, building and validating problem hypothesis, gathering data, interpreting insights and prioritising customer needs. Collaborating with cross functional delivery teams, marketing and support to ensure seamless product experiences for customers and our platform.

This exciting opportunity will see you establish the personalisation vision and strategy at MYOB. Working closely with customer data, marketing and other important stakeholders, you will be responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering personalised experiences to our customers in the moments that matter across all of our channels.
The experience we'd love you to bring
- Strong experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated experience delivering personalisation experiences
- Ability to manage a complex stakeholder group and managing through influence and credibility rather than authority
- Proven capability developing a product strategy that balances short-term opportunities with longer-term strategic objectives
- Experience communicating and demonstrating products features and benefits
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and demonstrate products to stakeholders of varying levels
- Experience engaging with customers to validate product ideas (including usability research and idea validation)
- Ability to build trusting, substantial relationships with customers, peers, stakeholders, partners and suppliers
