Our award-winning Employee Experience team is made up of experts who are focused on reimagining new ways of working and enabling all MYOBelievers to help more businesses in Australia and New Zealand reach their potential. The Role
This is an extraordinary opportunity; as someone who will be actively involved in initiatives that are all about creating incredible environments for our team members and doing it at pace, with a desire to see the impact of your efforts and know that your work matters.
A hands–on role where you're critical to the transformation of our workplaces and the role that they play in shaping the culture and atmosphere of an organisation. Ensuring the workplace environment is warm, inviting and has functional spaces that enables team members to be productive, connect with each other, and have some fun in a safe space.
The work you do won't be out of a text book. You'll use your creativity and passion to craft new and innovative ideas and ways to bring the workplace to life in a variety of circumstances and situations.
With an unwavering passion to make a positive impact, thriving in an environment where plans are ambitious, there is ambiguity, and you'll have to trade-offs with your workload to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time.
What you'll bring:
- Facilities management or event management experience
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment - SaaS or tech experience an advantage
- The scars from implementing and delivering key transformations or programmes of work
- Used your curious nature to challenge and find more effective ways to deliver value
- A tone of voice in your verbal and written communication that engages, not a cliched corporate speaker
- The tenacity and resilience to persevere, even in the face of roadblocks
- A geography agnostic view of teaming, using tech tools and your skills to influence and unite teams across locations
