We are looking for our next legend to join our Digital Experience team! As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will play an important part in the management and maintenance of our Endpoints and Collaboration and Workplace Technologies, specifically where these technologies relate to providing our people with an outstanding technology experience, particularly onsite in our MYOB offices.
What you will bring:
A broad knowledge of technologies associated with endpoint management and meeting room systems. Experience in systems administration across the Microsoft server and application stack. Such as:
- Active Directory, Azure and related technologies
- Microsoft Intune and other MDMs like Kandji or Jamf PRO
- Azure AD
- Windows Server deployment and management
- Office 365
- MacOS, iOS and Windows device management.
Advantageous Knowledge & Skills
- Windows patching and application packaging.
- Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Workplace Technology Experience. Door entry systems, Meeting room technologies & printing systems.
- Some Infrastructure experience working with servers in virtual platforms, both public cloud (e.g. AWS and/or Azure) and on-premise (e.g. VMware) would be an advantage.
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies.
You will need to be able to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced work environment that brings together lean philosophies with the more structured ITIL framework. Key capabilities include:
