About the role...
Are you enthusiastic about using technology to improve operations and drive efficiency? We're in search of a dynamic HubSpot Senior Operational Lead to lead our initiatives in optimising processes using HubSpot. Your mission? Empower teams with increased automation, smoother processes, and continuous improvement, drawing upon your expertise in HubSpot and operations.
You'll play a crucial role in amplifying the efficiency and effectiveness of teams using HubSpot. Your primary objective is to drive the adoption of HubSpot features, fostering automation, process refinement, and continual improvement. This role offers a genuine chance to create a tangible impact on our business, elevating the experiences of both our frontline teams and customers.
Use your collaboration superpower to partner with teams to find opportunities to further streamline and automate processes, to improve operational efficiency. Work with key team members to operationalise, and iteratively improve our HubSpot capabilities, as well as help prioritise and build consensus around HubSpot, process and outcomes. Provide day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritising and actioning requests, including data imports/exports, configuration, workflows, reporting, and other ad hoc requests.
The skills you'll need...
- The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of proven expertise as a CRM operational lead in a B2B software business
- Proven experience automating workflows for key business processes
- Strong analytical prowess coupled with extensive experience in reporting and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with critical-thinking skills are crucial, alongside an adaptable communication approace
- A standout collaborator, able to engage effectively across all levels, and possessing the flexibility to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is highly desirable
- HubSpot Certified is a bonus
