About the Team
Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager is an exciting role within our SME customer Line of Business. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing the SME Marketing function.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, SME, you will be a vital member of the segment leadership team, leading a team of four marketing campaign managers. Your role will focus on the strategy, planning and execution of new and innovative marketing initiatives designed to drive customer retention and growth opportunities which contribute to revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for crafting and delivering an integrated marketing plan to grow and retain the SME customer base including the development of the customer lifecycle strategy, finding opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, alongside developing retention and advocacy strategies that boost customer retention and champion customer advocacy.
You'll represent the Marketing team at strategic and operational meetings, ensuring marketing objectives are integrated into the broader business strategy. You’ll work in partnership with the product marketing, sales, digital engagement and digital marketing teams to drive the plan and outcomes.
What you will bring
- Proven experience in developing customer marketing and communication strategic plans, including measurement of results
- Strong SaaS and/or high growth industry experience is beneficial.
- Proven experience in B2B customer retention and growth marketing driving revenue outcomes.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot preferred.
- Familiarity with agile concepts and tools through working within an agile environment.
