About the Team

The Future Makers Academy (FMA) is MYOB's Early Careers (Graduate) program. It's about bringing people together to build great software; providing a solid foundation to those taking the first steps in their software development career.
The role:
The Emerging Talent Program Consultant helps to support FMA’s strategic vision; one that showcases who we are and the positive waves we make through ANZ. Your impact will be felt through your epic coordination, attention to the little details, your personable nature as your help to deliver on various operations and projects happening in FMA and our wider Talent Team.
Working alongside the Emerging Talent Lead you will support on all day to day activities in FMA - there is a lot of breadth to this role and it may include elements such as: end to end recruitment handling high volume applications, interview coordination, organising onboarding weeks, facilitating workshops both in-person and virtual, bringing the vibe to the social element in our community, and being a ‘go-to’ person for our Proteges and DevelopHers. You’ll be building relationships with senior stakeholders and inspiring our grads to be their best selves everyday.
What you will bring:
- The ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment whilst delivering on multiple projects
- Passionate about early careers and career switchers
- Passionate problem solving and a love for being a coordinator extraordinaire
- Positive relationship management, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Exposure to working with tech talent and/or in tech recruitment will be advantageous
- Growth Mindset -a willingness to learn, to take and give feedback, and to be guided on your journey
