About the Team
Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.
The Social Media Coordinator will manage content calendars, publish social media posts, and support the team in creating engaging content. Gain hands-on experience with social media management and content production, contributing to brand growth across digital platforms.
About the Role
- Content Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining and coordinating content calendars to ensure timely publishing across social media platforms.
- Social Media Publishing: Schedule and post content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and style.
- Content Production: Help produce social media content, including crafting graphics, short videos, and written posts using templates and brand guidelines.
- Engagement & Community Support: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and assist in responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Assist in tracking social media performance metrics and compiling reports to provide insights on campaign performance and engagement.
- Support for Campaigns: Collaborate with the broader marketing team on special projects, campaigns, and events to improve our social media presence.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and standard methodologies, sharing relevant insights with the team.
About You
- Strong communication skills with an understanding of social media tone and style.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
