Are you ready to drive growth and empower small businesses to succeed? This is your chance to lead the creation of a dynamic partnerships channel, fuelling the success of an exciting new product for Soloists.
In this pivotal role, you’ll forge impactful partnerships, cultivate key relationships, and uncover new opportunities to unlock scalable growth. If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact, this is the role for you!
What will keep you busy...
- Building and growing a partnerships channel to drive soloist product adoption
- Securing and expanding strategic partnerships to achieve sales and growth targets
- Developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with new and existing partners
- Leading the end-to-end business development process, including commercial negotiations, onboarding, and operationalising partnerships
- Conducting workshops, reviews, and presentations to align partner goals and extract growth opportunities
- Using market insights and competitor knowledge to advise strategy and strengthen go-to-market plans
- Ensuring effective use of CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and partnership outcomes
What we'd love to see from you...
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in complex sales environments, with a proven track record in business development, partnerships, or leading large-scale negotiations
- Demonstrated success in building and driving business growth through partnerships, delivering measurable customer and business results
- Strong influencing skills at senior levels, with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Proven leadership experience, including coaching and maintaining high-performance teams
- Dedicated, determined, and able to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adept at overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions
- Enjoys working collaboratively, solving customer needs, and holding self and others accountable for delivering results
