About the Role
The Practice Sales Senior Manager is responsible for leading the Commercial Accounts, Product Adoption, and Corporate Accounts teams, as well as directly leading the Strategic Accounts team. This role is dedicated to both operational execution and strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for line management, customer engagement, and developing processes to create a smooth and effective operating rhythm.
A key aspect of the role is coaching and developing team members to enhance performance, so we’re looking for someone who can take a hands-on approach, review account plans, and engage with customers in the field. You’ll also be driving the achievement of goals related to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What will keep you busy...
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across commercial sales and strategic accounts, ensuring targets are met through regular feedback and performance reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue retention, adoption, and long-term growth for Practice customers, including managing key strategic accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Be responsible for product adoption and customer onboarding, ensuring full utilisation of SaaS products and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Supervise sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings, building strong internal and external relationships
What we'd love to see from you...
- Extensive experience managing high-value, complex customer accounts and building effective operating models
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and manage P&Ls
- Skilled in developing and implementing account plans, combining standard methodologies with innovative ideas
- Experience leading high-performing, customer-focused teams, driving continuous improvement
- Ability to align strategies and find opportunities for business improvement
- Hands-on leader with experience in account plan reviews, customer engagement, and driving transformation, ideally from a tech or SaaS B2B background
