The Risk and Compliance Manager will to provide leadership, knowledge, strategy, and guidance on key financial services regulatory obligations. Partner with the business to drive the necessary mitigation strategies and activities to maintain the required levels of compliance and operational readiness to protect MYOB’s brand and reputation for financial services products and services across Australia and New Zealand.

- Strong knowledge and expertise in the management of both AFSL and AML/CTF compliance.

- Knowledge of financial services governance, risk and compliance best practices is essential.

- Functional knowledge of financial services products and in particular, payments and lending services is preferred.

- Proven experience in managing financial services risk and compliance framework

- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders in developing risk management treatment plans and supporting efficient solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex issues and explaining such issues in a simple and articulate manner.
