Role Overview
As a Novated Sales Team Leader at Flare, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for converting warm leads into novated lease customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our leasing operations, driving team engagement, and optimising our sales workflows. With a strong emphasis on coaching, data, and customer experience, you’ll ensure your team exceeds targets while delivering the exceptional service for which Flare is renowned.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of novated leasing consultants to exceed performance KPIs.
- Monitor individual and team pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance support through regular 1:1s and group training.
- Champion Flare’s high standards for customer experience, acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, product, and support to align on goals and opportunities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in sales scripts, processes, and workflows.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new sales team members as Flare grows.
What You’ll Bring
- Over 3 years of experience in novated leasing sales, including more than a year in a leadership or senior role.
- Solid understanding of salary packaging, FBT, and novated lease procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a proven history of enhancing team performance.
- Proficient in utilising data and systems (such as Salesforce) to monitor and improve sales results.
- Skilled at fostering collaborative relationships across teams while practising a hands-on leadership approach.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service and simplifying intricate offerings.
