As an Engineering Manager at MYOB, you’ll lead and empower multiple delivery teams to innovate and deliver exceptional solutions within a shared problem domain. You'll shape product and technology roadmaps, align systems with MYOB’s development standards, and balance immediate goals with long-term strategies.

Acting as a People Leader, you’ll inspire team growth with coaching and mentoring in an environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable outcomes to enhance client experiences.

- Extensive experience in leading high-performing development teams, driving collaboration, and achieving results.

- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and complex system architectures, with a track record of implementing high-performance development practices.

- Strong ability to define and execute value-driven delivery processes, leveraging data and metrics to foster continuous improvement.

- Expertise in balancing technology strategy with short-term and long-term business outcomes, emphasizing automation and fast delivery cycles.

- Demonstrated ability to design client-centered solutions, using test-and-learn approaches while meeting SLAs and compliance standards.

Experience in financial or accounting systems is advantageous but not required. Above all, we need a driven, collaborative leader committed to delivering results that make business life easier for our clients.
