About the role
In this role, you will develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the Value-Add team within the Business Financial Products segment. You will operate at a strategic and hands-on level while leading product development. You’ll work collaboratively across our organisation to distribute business financial products through the employer network, bring new ideas to life, and ensure that every aspect of the product journey, from concept through to delivery, reflects the high standards that Flare & MYOB are known for.
This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving financial products for consumers.

Leadership skills: A strategic yet hands-on leader who excels in inspiring and managing product teams.
Technical competence: Strong technical understanding and the ability to engage with technical problems.
Analytical mindset: Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on using analytics to inform product success.
Process-oriented: Highly organised, adept at managing competing priorities with a structured, methodical approach.
Communication skills: Strong communicator capable of articulating product visions and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
