About the Role
MYOB is building its future with AI at the centre! We’re looking for a Portfolio Delivery Manager who thrives on removing blockers, crafting transparency from complexity, and accelerating value at scale.
Reporting into the GM of Data and AI, you’ll set and run the AI delivery operating model across products and platforms—turning strategy into shipped outcomes. Balancing speed with reliability, security, and cost guardrails, you’ll help teams ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the AI portfolio delivery model to improve time-to-first-value
- Lead cross-team planning with senior Product & Tech leaders, aligning priorities and sequencing critical work
- Handle dependencies and flow, exposing bottlenecks and improving decision speed
- Enable fast, safe delivery by embedding lightweight governance and guardrails
- Partner with Architecture and Security to align delivery to target-state and secure-by-design patterns
- Protect engineering focus, challenge roadmaps, and keep plans executable
- Drive rapid AI experimentation and learning from idea to production
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in portfolio or program delivery leadership in a SaaS or high-growth tech organisation
- Strong enterprise agile leadership and experience in mentoring
- Consistent record building operating models and managing complex dependencies at scale
- Outstanding collaborator, driving engagement and influence without authority
- AI/ML awareness (SDLC/MLOps, experimentation, guardrails, responsible AI)
- Consulting background and modern delivery tooling experience highly valued
