The Opportunity
As our Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will own, evolve and optimise our Salesforce platform to ensure it remains secure, scalable and aligned to business needs. You will design and deliver solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high data integrity - while integrating Salesforce seamlessly with our broader technology ecosystem. You will also ensure our teams deliver a professional, human, and high-quality experience to every customer.
What You'll Be Responsible For

- Producing documentation, reports and user training to drive adoption and consistency.
- Partnering closely with interested parties to translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
What You'll Bring

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including objects, flows, validation rules, sharing models, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
- Development capability in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience building and maintaining REST and/or SOAP integrations with external systems
- Proven understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model and best practice governance guidelines
- Experience resolving production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control (e.g. Git), and deployment tooling.
- Experience partnering with Product, Sales and/or Customer Service teams.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing platforms (e.g. Hubspot) is advantageous but not essential.
