About the Role
As Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping MYOB unlock our next wave of growth. You’ll turn strategy into practical, scalable go-to-market execution that drives revenue and delivers better outcomes for our customers.
Sitting in our GTM team, you’ll focus on bringing growth initiatives to life across our core SME solutions, AI and financial services products. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex programs of work – designing the operating frameworks, ways of working and frontline motions that enable teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Commercial Operations to implement with confidence.
With a strong commercial and operational lens, you’ll help shape how we grow and retain existing customers, while lifting performance and customer experience at scale.
What will keep you busy...
- Translate expansion strategy into clear, channel-ready go-to-market plans across Sales, Success and Support teams
- Design and optimise end-to-end GTM operating models, including roles and responsibilities
- Partner closely with Commercial Finance, Pricing and Commercial Operations to ensure initiatives are commercially sound and operationally viable
- Operationalise expansion plays across direct, referral and human-touch channels, with a strong focus on frontline execution
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver launches, rollouts and continuous improvements
- Track performance, analyse insights and optimise GTM programs to improve funnel health, conversion and revenue outcomes
What we’d love to see from you
- Proven experience in go-to-market, growth operations, commercial operations or a similar cross-functional role within SaaS, technology or subscription-based businesses
- Strong ability to translate strategy into practical operational execution across multiple teams and touchpoints
- Commercial acumen, with experience working alongside finance, pricing, forecasting or performance planning
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex initiatives in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Experience partnering with frontline teams (Sales, Customer Success or Support) to design scalable, executable GTM motions
- Data-informed outlook, with experience using insights and reporting to guide decisions and optimise performance
