About the role
As a Senior Developer in our User Access Management team, you’ll help shape the platform foundations that power MYOB’s future innovation. This team enables secure, seamless access across our products, making it easier for customers to get on with what matters.
In this role, you’ll work across complex problems, bringing strong technical judgment and a collaborative mindset. You’ll guide architectural decisions, uplift engineering practices, and champion fast‑feedback loops that help us learn, iterate, and deliver customer value sooner. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams, and lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and living our MYOB Values every day.
Skills we’re looking for
- Solid full stack development experience, c#, .net preferred
- Deep experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable systems
- Strong influence in architecture, engineering practices, and cross‑team technical decisions
- Ability to break down problems, collaborate on scope and priorities, and drive end‑to‑end solutions
- Clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and lifting capability within a development team
