The ideal candidate has a valid Missouri Electrical license with several years of residential electrical experience. This position will be largely residential and small commercial electrical work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

**This position will be based out of our St. Louis, MO office**
• Responsible for installing all electrical components of solar energy systems, including DC wiring, AC wiring, equipment and conduit mounting, system and service grounding, battery backup and related equipment, electric vehicle chargers, main service panels, sub panels, etc.
• Lead our teams with the electrical work needed to complete our daily installations
• Communicate directly with project managers about installation status
• Maintain company provided vehicle with appropriate electrical equipment supply, communicate needs to project managers or inventory specialists
• Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
• Master’s Electrical License

EXPERIENCE:
● 3-5 years of electrical experience (required)
● 1-3 years construction experience (preferred)
● Solar experience preferred, but not required

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
● Must have an active Missouri electrical license and ability to pull permits
● Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electrical work and the local codes
● Strong understanding of the NEC – commercial and residential regulations
● Comfortable working on rooftops of any heights/pitch
● Ability to lift, pull, and push materials to complete assigned job task
● Ability to work in confined spaces & adverse conditions
● Capacity to meet hard and fast deadlines while managing multiple projects
● Strong teamwork skills
● Strong communication skills and attention to detail
● A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
● Professional appearance

Pay range for this role is $30.00-$40.00 an hour, depending on experience.
