**This position will be based out of our Bloomington, IL Office**

Responsibilities
● Review plan design and install all components of the solar system
● Electrically run the wire for AC/DC system
● Mount racking and electrical equipment
● Maintain inventory for each installation
● The ability to work in a team environment as crews typically work in numbers of 2-5
● Maintain a clean worksite
● Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
● Operate in a professional manner on each job site
● Miscellaneous errands included but not limited to: vehicle maintenance, warehouse organization, office upgrades, etc.

**This position will be based out of our Bloomington, IL office**

What We’re Looking For
● 1-3 years of solar installation experience (strongly preferred)
● 1-3 years of construction experience (strongly preferred)
● Comfortable working on rooftops of any heights/pitch
● Ability to lift, pull, and push materials to complete assigned job task
● Strong understanding of residential and commercial regulations. Solar regulations a bonus
● Ability to meet hard and fast deadlines.
● Strong teamwork skills
● Strong attention to detail
● A clean driving record and a valid driver's license (preferred)
● Professional appearance

Experience:
● 1-3 years of construction experience
● 1-3 years of solar installation experience (strongly preferred)

Pay range for this role is $18.00-$25.00 an hour, depending on experience.
