Responsible for supporting the Nelnet Business Solutions Inside Sales team with completing administrative tasks as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Learn the Salesforce client account model and the data collection and management processes for pertinent information.
2. Research new contacts, vendors and processes at schools and update data in Salesforce.
3. Complete research as directed by Sales Management, related to partners, prospects, competitors, and other higher education-related functions.
4. Create and edit reports in Salesforce.
5. Assist with strategic outreaches to partner and prospect institutions by generating reports of target groups with Sales and Marketing teams. 6. Meet and interact with Nelnet employees at a variety of levels.
7. Participate in department team-building activities as well as team meetings as appropriate.
8. Collaborate internally with employees and departments to accomplish work projects.

EDUCATION:
1. Pursuing degree in sales/marketing/communications/finance/business field(s).

EXPERIENCE:
1. Knowledge of computers: preferably Microsoft packages and familiarity with Internet including ability to use search engines.
2. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with using Salesforce in a business setting
