FACTS Grant & Aid serves private K–12 schools, scholarship organizations, and state school choice programs nationwide. Our flexible eligibility application and customizable tools streamline the entire process from analysis to awarding. We simplify financial aid, scholarship, and school choice funding, ensuring families can access the best educational opportunities for their students.

As the Product Manager, you’ll own the full strategy and roadmap for this critical platform. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to build a product that is effective, user-friendly, and forward-looking—with thoughtful use of AI and data to improve outcomes. You will engage in customer discovery, validate market problems, identify new business opportunities, and measure and manage product performance. You’ll translate insights into strategy, validate outcomes, and continuously refine the product. Just as importantly, you’ll collaborate across the full FACTS ecosystem to ensure your product integrates seamlessly into the broader experience for families, schools, and partners.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop industry relationships to identify market opportunities, define market problems, and advance Nelnet as a thought leader.
  • Identify and socialize competitive advantages and market growth opportunities.
  • Develop 1-3 year product vision and works with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog supports this vision.
  • Collaborate across the FACTS suite and with third-party partners to ensure cohesive user experiences and data flows.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine product performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage and periodically refine ROI models to improve our ability to predict product growth.
  • Use product analytics, usage trends, and customer insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Research market pricing and recommends pricing strategies based on competitive strengths and market positioning.
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and clients.
  • Champion the strategic application of AI and data analytics to improve product efficiency, user experience, and value delivery.
  • Act as a mentor to other team members.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of product or market related experience.

Salary for this role is: $90,000-$100,000
