  • Align event messaging with broader marketing goals, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content.

  • Maintain event operations systems, including calendars, budget tracking, asset libraries, and project documentation.

  • Stay informed on industry trends in event technology and hybrid engagement to enhance future program impact.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, partner marketing, or corporate event planning, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or EdTech.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting or managing stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Teams), and event/webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, Whova).

  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and team-first mindset.
