The Opportunity:
Service, Administration & Support is comprised of the following divisions: Administration, Service and Business Improvement.
- The Administration division comprises the Maintenance, Payments & Insurance and New Business teams.
- The Services division comprises the Contact Centre, Communications and Quality Assurance teams.
- The Business Improvements division comprises Business Improvement & Support and Process & Analysis teams.
Service, Administration & Support is responsible for administering Netwealth’s Superannuation, Wrap Services and Global Specialist Series products, and is the primary point of contact for financial advisers, members, and investors.
You will:
- Managing conflicting priorities and ongoing deadlines.
- Being accountable to several stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Being able to consider complex rules/requests in the context of Netwealth’s operating environment to ensure Netwealth achieves efficient, effective, and compliant outcomes.
- Being able to effectively convey information and support Operations staff, Sales staff, Advisers, and clients on technical and complex matters.
- Having to deliver feedback which may be constructive feedback in challenging situations.
- Staying abreast of any product, process, regulatory or legislative changes in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry/company.
- Tailoring assistance to suit stakeholders.
- Working on strategic imperatives to deliver the business improved outcomes
You have:
- Previous experience managing several teams in Financial Services or a similar role specialising in complex products/services.
- Previous experience in mentoring/coaching team leaders/managers.
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback to develop staff knowledge.
- Strong strategic thinking and implementation of ideas within a timely manner.
- Previous experience working within project teams, and/or implementing change management.
- Experience in monitoring of Systems to ensure work is being processed within published SLA’s.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with hiring, motivating, recognising, and rewarding, coaching, counselling, training and problem solving. Monitor all client –based administration across the Netwealth platform.
- The drive to proactively seek improvements to systems and processes.
- The ability to identify training opportunities and provide input into the preparation of those training sessions.
- Competency to complete productivity reporting and schedules and weekly & monthly reporting.
