The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join one of our scrum teams to work with their stakeholders to understand and present better ways of leveraging data, providing insights and commentary to deliver great outcomes to the Netwealth business.
You will manage data insights requirements by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data, communicating results, and how these can be leveraged and translated to technical solutions.
As the bridge between business requirements and IT solutions, you will champion data insights and analytics during design and development. You will perform analysis and data mapping to provide insights, and efficiencies and address business requirements, ensuring your scrum team understands the requirements and how they add value to the business.
You will lead sessions with stakeholders, collaborating across functional teams and tribes to collect requirements, document user stories and participate in sprint ceremonies such as planning, refinement, review and retro sessions.
About you
With prior experience and a real passion for Data, Insights and Analytics, you thrive in a role working with stakeholders to understand their business, eliciting requirements and providing expertise on how data and analytics can be applied and leveraged to drive technical solutions.
Technically, you bring;
- Prior experience in a Data Insights role
- Strong knowledge of Analytics environments (Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT, Power BI)
- SQL skills for data analysis and profiling
- Strong understanding of Data Governance practices
- Process optimisation using data and analytics
- Agile experience
- Knowledge of Systems is a bonus (Client/Adviser portals, Registry and Operations, Acurity)
