The opportunity
Working in the IT Service Delivery Team you will be part of a phenomenal team who provide 1st and 2nd level IT Support to all of Netwealth Employees. You will have exposure to Netwealth's internal corporate applications such as HR systems, Finance systems, Service and Administration systems and much more. Part of this role will also include working closely with our System Admin Team on monthly patching, Azure access roles & backups and support.
This role is not just about support, you will be part of some amazing projects within the team which is always looking at continuing to uplift our technologies towards modern work-place systems to stay ahead of the game.
This role is not your average Service Desk role, you will be involved in a number of different technologies which will be part of learning and development, that will enable you to grow and progress your career within Netwealth.
Please note: This role will commence onsite initially then move to hybrid once onboarding has been completed.
About you
- You can interact comfortably and confidently with stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail
- A passion for technology and innovation and a desire to keep up to date with emerging technologies
- Good knowledge of a range of desktop software products and services
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows desktop and O365 products
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Two years' experience working in a similar role
