The Opportunity:

We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our high-performing team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This role encompasses all aspects of People and Culture, and your people-centric approach will be pivotal in shaping employee relations, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, engagement and performance.

You will:

  • provide effective and high-quality advice and support to internal clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • collaborate with other team members and the broader business to deliver our people strategy and assist in achieving business priorities.
  • contribute to various areas of People & Culture, including on-boarding, employee engagement, performance enhancement, performance management, reporting, learning & development, HRMS management, ad-hoc administration and responding to enquiries.

About you:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification with demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role
  • A people centric approach, and experience working in a values-led environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employee relations
  • Proficiency in working with HRIS and related tools
  • Advanced HR administrative skills
  • Experience in partnering with sales, operations and corporate services departments will be highly regarded.
