The opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a tribe, managing data orchestration across multiple products. Your expertise will ensure seamless data flow in and out of our systems, enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement.

You will oversee the management of our APIs, ensuring open and efficient data transfer and lead a scrum team to drive projects to successful completion. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimise processes and deliver high quality solutions that truly work for our end users.

About you

This position requires a keen understanding of API and data management, as well as the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions. Industry knowledge will be help you understand the ‘why’ behind our initiatives.

Specific skills and experience include.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on API and Data Management
• Proactively seeks ways to improve at all levels – people, process, technology
• Superannuation Master Trust and Fund Administration experience will be beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive business transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in automating business processes is a plus
• Sound problem solving and analysis skills
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
