The opportunity:
The primary purpose of the Senior Lead is to lead the Investment Products team with a strong commitment and focus on best practice and customer service. They will mentor, coach and lead the team to deliver service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. They will work closely with their team and Manager to provide direction, instruction, and guidance for the purposes of achieving best practice and superior service to our clients and advisers.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating a team in a fast paced and agile environment

• Working with Management to ensure trained staff, systems and processes are in place to cope with demand so that we can respond quickly to client needs.

• Meeting high standard of customer service expectations

• Managing conflicting priorities

• Maintaining a customer focus to ensure we are able to identify and react to their evolving needs

• Overseeing Non-custodial asset reviews and classifications

• Managing wholesale investment reviews and processes across the IDPS Premium Service.

About you:

• You have an excellent understanding of team responsibilities, processes, and ability to coordinate

• Possess expertise in ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and other unlisted assets

• You are self-motivated and team-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You can proactively generate creative solutions and improve services

• You have attention to detail for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures

• You have strong oral and written communication skills
