The opportunity:
As an Investor Services Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering accurate and timely administration that supports exceptional client and adviser experiences. You’ll:
Apply your technical expertise in superannuation and investments
Collaborate with peers in a high-performing, supportive team

Service, Administration & Support (SAS) is a dynamic department responsible for administering our Superannuation, Wrap Services, and Global Specialist Series products.
As the first point of contact for financial advisers, members, and investors, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.
SAS is made up of six functional teams and four core divisions:
Administration – Money In, SuperStream, Adviser & Licensee, Customer Maintenance, Money Out
Services – Contact Centre, Communications, Claims & Estates, Remediation
Quality, Development & Support – Quality Assurance, Training, Support
Business Improvement & Remediation – Process & Analysis, Resolutions

The role:
Delivering high-quality administration and follow-ups
Managing diverse client and adviser expectations with empathy
Rapidly building product and process knowledge
Navigating evolving regulations and industry changes
Handling outbound calls and emails with professionalism
Supporting internal stakeholders and participating in system testing
Mentoring peers and sharing knowledge
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in customer onboarding and administration
Familiarity with Super and Pension applications, transfers, and insurance (advantageous)
Understanding of SIS legislation and contribution management (beneficial)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence in problem-solving and analytical thinking
