The opportunity
This is a leadership role overseeing a high-performing team responsible for managing the lifecycle of assets across our platform. You’ll drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate with IT and Investment Management to deliver best-practice service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a customer-focused operations team

• Oversee asset setup, pricing, and lifecycle management

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administration tasks

• Experience in defining new functions, system enhancements and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Maintain up-to-date procedures and drive process improvements

About You

• 5+ years experience in financial services

• Strong understanding of ASX securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), international securities, managed funds, bonds, and unlisted assets

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with WRAP/Super platforms is highly regarded
