At Netwealth, our team is our greatest asset. We are a collective of passionate individuals dedicated to making life better for more Australians. Join us in our mission and become part of a team that not only envisions a better future but actively works to create it.
We’re looking for a curious Site Reliability Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, resilient systems that support great user experiences. If you love solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and making a real impact, this could be your next move.
In this role, you’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking team that’s focused on making our systems observable, scalable, and self-healing across application delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, support teams, and platform engineers to embed reliability into every stage of the software lifecycle, from design to deployment and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
Defining and implementing SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) that help us measure and improve reliability.
Embedding observability into CI/CD pipelines and partnering with teams to build production-ready applications.
Leading incident response with empathy and precision, using AI-assisted diagnostics and structured learning reviews.
Automating support workflows to reduce toil and improve the experience for our internal teams.
-
Driving self-healing automation and applying FinOps principles to manage cost and efficiency.
About You
You’ll contribute to a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and curiosity. You’re an experienced Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer or SRE who thrives in dynamic environments considering multiple solutions for applications.
Tech You’ll Work With
Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure
CI/CD & Release: Azure DevOps, GitHub
Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Azure Monitor
